I run customised courses and workshops focusing on understanding people and relationships better, in order to improve relationships, manage better, sell better, work together better, etc. Often the courses use personality type or temperament as their basis, although they can also focus on a particular issue, such as conflict resolution, performance management, team building, problem solving, improving leadership, etc.
I have over 12 years’ experience in writing and running courses and workshops for adults in a variety of situations – community groups, a large finance organisation, colleges, personal/home groups, etc, and have qualifications in psychology and adult learning, as well as specific accreditations in relevant “tools”. I have also worked in human resources designing and implementing new performance management, learning and development, recruitment and remuneration strategies, including 360 degree feedback, behavioural interviewing, competency development and a merger. Having taken a few years off full time work while having children, I am now building my workload up again gradually (as my children start school/preschool), so you will find that although I have lots of experience and good skills, my prices are still good and I am very flexible. I particularly enjoy customising what I do to fit in with your needs, and am equally happy working in a business or bringing this interesting learning to home groups, sitting around a lounge room in the evening or over lunch (possibly with kids playing in the next room). I am passionate in the training that I do – helping people to understand each other better and work together better, so you can be sure that if I conduct a workshop for your group it will be interesting and useful, and when relevant (most of the time!), fun.
