First Printed in 2009. Dr Sarah Lantz is a writer, researcher and mother. She has a background in public health, mental health, sociology and women?s studies, and specializes in the area of child and youth health and wellbeing. She was awarded her PHD from the university of Melbourne, Australian Youth Research Centre in 2003. Dr Lantz passionately believes in conscious, compassionate parenting and is committed to organic living and developing a sustainable, natural environment for the future generations.
