A great combination of free range bones, fresh vegetables and herbs, slowly simmered together for more than 4 hours to extract the maximum flavour. It is then reduced until it is rich, gelatinous and brimming with flavour. Perfect base for delicious homemade soups and makes a wonderful addition to risottos and stews. 99% fat free, no MSG, gluten and diary free, no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, no yeast extracts or flavour enhancers.
