This Fish Salmon is sustainably farmed, sharing the waters between Canada, Greenland and Iceland. This Salmon is grown in the remote areas of Scotland to become naturally strong and healthy. With nearly three times as much swimming space as conventional Salmon and fed an organically certified diet, the fish remain as nature intended - Clean, honest, organic. From harvest, the salmon fillets are delicately hand cured with salt and brown sugar, smoked over wood chips from well managed and sustainable resources. The result of this unique integration of rearing and processing is a culinary delicacy with extraordinary quality, appearance, aroma and flavour. Salmon is frozen when they leave lettuce, but it is very likely that they will defrost in transit. We expect that is more than likely you will need to put them in the fridge once the delivery is made and then should be used within 14 days unopened from delivery day and 2 days once open .
