A few important things...

If you are thinking of ordering, the day and time that your first order is delivered to you will be relatively the same next week and any future week you may order. We can give you a 2 hour window of delivery on your first order. Please email and we will get back to you with the eta. 

Once you register, we will advise by email when the site update is complete. Our website is updated each Thursday for the coming week’s deliveries. 

Delivery cutoffs are as follows. 

Orders for delivery Monday & Tuesday - order by 2pm Sunday.

Orders for delivery Wednesday & Thursday - order by 8am Monday.
 

Once you register on the website, providing us with your address you will will be shown which delivery days are available to your suburb

Invoicing & Payments 

If you choose to place an order, you will receive an itemised bill with each order you place with us. Early delivery day morning, we will charge your credit card and send an email with your invoice attached. Please ensure the total of your order is available to us early on delivery day morning. 

Substitutions 

In terms of substitutes, once you have placed your order we will do our best to fulfil it completely, although as we are selling you produce on our site before we have it, there are times that we may replace an item in your order with something similar, for example - Roma Tomatoes for Round. If you wish to go without an item rather than have a like item included in your order, you can let us know by adding NO SUBSTITUTION to your order when checking an order out.

If you choose to place an order, before you check out browse the website! Many of our customers choose us not only for the quality of our 'hard to find' organic produce, but for the 1000's of other items we offer across the fresh food, pantry and refrigerator range. If there is a product you would like us to offer on our website, please get in touch.

Why do orders have to be placed days before the delivery arrives?

If you place your order, you will notice that delivery cut offs are days before delivery is made. That’s because we do not have any produce waiting for sales. The fresh produce we have on offer is in many cases still on the farm when you place your order and is then sent to Sydney just for you. You will be astounded at our quality! We are so confident that our system works that we guarantee the quality of everything we supply you!

Already worried you'll miss the cut off...

Once you checkout, you can set up a repeating order with us…Many of our customers have a weekly/fortnightly order set up that they edit weekly/fortnightly to meet their needs. Repeating orders can be paused/cancelled/altered at any time by you via our website.  

The health of the world we live in is very important to us

If you order, you will receive our cardboard boxes, please hold these until your next order. As well as all packaging material. Any food scraps we generate are delivered to our customers via 'Chicken Scrap' boxes used to feed animals and compost bins and we ask that you return all of our packaging material when we deliver your next order - our drivers will collect our boxes, ice packs, containers and hessian bags (all supplied to you at no charge) for cleaning and reuse.....all we ask is that you keep them clean and dry.

We support hundreds of events each year in the form of produce donations, information and vouchers. If you have a community event needing support, please get in touch. 
 

This is a family business

A bit about us… Lettuce Deliver had a humble beginning in a small shop in Tamarama back in 1999, run by myself and Cheryl (my Mum).....who is semi-retired as of 2020. I continue to lead our business with my husband Ben who has worked with Lettuce Deliver since 2000.  
 

We only sell Certified Organic, Australian Grown Produce.

We work with Certified Organic Aussie farmers across the Country, many of whom we have been cooperatively trading with for over 25 years…. We spend hours updating info about certification and origin of produce on our website so you know exactly where your food is coming from. Lettuce Deliver is also a NASAA Certified Retailer, which means that we must be able to prove any claim we make about a products 'organic status'. We welcome any questions you may have about our supply chain, produce & products. Like all Certified Organic businesses we are proud to show you how seriously we take our audit trail and can produce documents and invoices at a moment's notice if required.
