Bowan Island Bakery arrives to Lettuce each morning. Bowan Island Bakery's cold-ferment sourdough base is combined with a generous helping of sliced black kalamata olives, creating a sensational bread for the mature palate. Wonderful thinly sliced and slightly toasted with your favourite dip or a soft blue cheese.

About Bowan Island

David Cummings who is the owner and director of Bowan Island Bakery started baking his own breads and pies in a small garage in Hunters Hill, selling the time-honoured products originally at Balmain and Glebe Markets before setting up his first baking enterprise on Lyons Road in Drummoyne. Upon the success of this bakery, he expanded to Bowan Island Bakery’s flagship premise at Victoria Road in Drummoyne, which has since become a cherished part of the local community. - Bowan Island Bread is delivered to Lettuce fresh each day. Orders for Monday delivery need to be placed with us no later than 1pm each Friday.
