Description

The Fiocchi from Felicetti are bronze-extruded, and made with pure water from the Dolomite mountains and 100% Italian durum wheat semolina. Fiocchi are a bowtie-shaped, short pasta that get their name from the Italian word fiocco, meaning "bow." Made by pinching an oval or rectangular piece of pasta in the middle, these Fiocchi are perfect for a variety of sauces, and especially tomato-based preparations. Try it with light vegetables, fish, dairy-based sauces, or in pasta salads.
