The naturally sweet, smooth and creamy mint taste in the Carob Kitchen mint Bar is from the sweetness in there Australian grown carob beans, infused with a pure essential peppermint oil. Carob Kitchen blend our mint carob bar to have a milk carob taste and refreshing, clean minty finish using milk solids, peppermint oil and cocoa butter (natural cocoa fat) which does not contain caffeine and theobromines found in chocolate.

Milk solids, cocoa butter, carob powder(24%), natural vanilla extract, sunflower lecithin. Pure essential peppermint oil.
