We supply all orders with refrigerated items with a frozen gel pack which we ask to be returned when we deliver your next order. If you require cooling for orders that do not contain fridge items we can accommodate this for you. Please leave all returning packaging materials in your returning boxes for pick up when we deliver your next order.

Choose this if you do not want your order packed in a polystyrene box. We always pack orders containing refrigerated and/or frozen items in a poly box unless you advise to only pack in cardboard boxes. We ask that you return all boxes including poly and ice packs to us when we deliver your next order.

As you can imagine we have a shortfall of emptied organic boxes each week when we are packing orders….so we buy ‘once used’ boxes from all around town. Most orders are sent out in these boxes (some of which have contained conventional produce in their last life). We realize that is not convenient for some hypersensitive customers. If you prefer the use of boxes that have only contained certified organic produce we can accommodate this for you.

We take back all of these items for cleaning and re-use when we deliver your next order…but if you would prefer your items packed loose in a box (only small items in paper bags), with any cut items delivered unwrapped we can accommodate this for you.

These boxes are our organic waste: tops of beet, discarded cabbage & cauliflower leaves, and basically anything that we have decided is not good enough for us to sell on any given week. We can never guarantee a box for you, as you can imagine the fewer we have, the better for all of us ! Excellent food for Chickens, Guinea Pigs and the like.
