Not just any ABC spread, this one is extra special! Our ABC spread uses nuts that have been sprouted. What is sprouting? Sprouting is basically the germination or sprouting of nuts and seeds and results in a nut that tastes so much better than its roasted counter part! The nut is much crunchier in texture and blends up into the most deliciously thick nut butter.

Extra care and attention has gone into this spread. Food to Nourish use certified organic almonds sourced from Australia, which are then sprouted. Once sprouted the almonds are blended into a rich and delicious nut butter.

This delicious spread contains only 4 organic ingredients. Food to Nourish blend roasted organic hazelnuts with raw organic cacao powder and organic coconut oil, and sweeten it with organic coconut sugar. Raw cacao powder is a powerhouse of anti-oxidants and a terrific source of magnesium, plus it gives this spread it’s rich chocolate flavor. Tallow is pure organic beef fat, mostly sourced from the suet, around the kidney, along with fat from other parts of the cow. It has a rich flavour similar to lard and is loaded with vitamin E. Tallow can be used to treat a leaky gut and relieve joint pain. Our tallow is 100% organic, grass fed, paleo and GAPS friendly. Made from start-to-finish grass raised cows, we take pride in delivering you the highest in ethical and nutritional standards.
