With its mild flavour it readily absorbs the flavours of other ingredients making it suited to Asian dishes and curries. Excellent panned or baked served with lemon and herb butter. Try crumbed and shallow fried. acks weigh between 280g-350g. Weights are adjusted when being picked and packed.
