This Fish Salmon is sustainably farmed, sharing the waters between Canada, Greenland and Iceland. This Salmon is grown in the remote areas of Scotland to become naturally strong and healthy. With nearly three times as much swimming space as conventional Salmon and fed an organically certified diet, the fish remain as nature intended - Clean, honest, organic. Fillets are frozen when they leave lettuce, but it is very likely that they will defrost in transit. We expect that is more than likely you will need to put them in the fridge once the delivery is made and then should be used within 2 days of your delivery.
