Our chorizo are smoked and cooked so all you need to do is remove the natural casing slice and fry off to add to your favourite dish. Perfect on pizza in paella or very much at home of a charcuterie board to give a great balance of flavour. Made from free range pork with only the best ingredients including smoked paprika and cayenne pepper to give that bite. Product is fresh frozen which means that on delivery this product has 14 days fresh life from delivery day. Even though this product leaves Lettuce frozen it is likely the product will begin to defrost on delivery. Disregard best before date.
