This Salmon is grown in the remote areas of Scotland to become naturally strong and healthy. With nearly three times as much swimming space as conventional Salmon and fed an organically certified diet, the fish remain as nature intended - Clean, honest, organic. Burgers are frozen when they leave lettuce, but it is very likely that they will defrost in transit. We recommend ordering more than one pack to try and help keep them frozen. We expect that is more than likely you will need to put them in the fridge once the delivery is made and then should be used within 2 days of delivery.
