Inspired by ancient recipes created in the 7th century, the Wan Ja Shan brew masters have blended traditional Asian discipline with modern technology to handcraft a vegetarian and gluten free Organic Shitake stir fry sauce. The shitake has long been a favourite of Asian culinary masters and Wan Ja Shan have successfully integrated this into our bespoke recipe to create a versatile product that is not only perfect as a stir fry sauce, but is also ideal as a salad dressing, marinade and dip.
